Frequently asked questions
What does HR management software do?
It centralises what a company needs to know about each employee: their record, contract, leave and absences, attendance, training and the equipment they hold. EASY-RH adds time tracking and payroll preparation.
Can EASY-RH replace our Excel files?
Yes. Employee lists, contracts and schedules are loaded from your files, then everything is kept up to date in the platform. Reports still export to Excel or PDF.
Do we need a time clock to use EASY-RH?
No. ZKTeco and Hikvision devices are connected if you have them, but staff can also clock in from their phone, and authorised managers can enter or import punches. See time and attendance.
Does EASY-RH calculate salaries?
Not yet. It prepares everything that feeds payroll (hours, leave, absences, advances) and distributes payslips. A payroll module is in development. See payroll preparation.
Is there a mobile app?
An Android app is on the way. Today the employee space already works on any phone, in the browser, with no installation. See the HR app.
How much does EASY-RH cost?
