Time and attendance

Time tracking connected to the rest of people management

In EASY-RH a punch is more than a timestamp: it is compared with the schedule, takes yesterday's approved leave, the public holiday and the night shift into account, then flows into payroll preparation.

Weekly report (French interface): each employee's hours, day by day

Where punches come from

Five ways to clock in, one list

Biometric time clock

Face, fingerprint or badge on a ZKTeco or Hikvision device, for fixed workplaces.

Phone

Employees clock in from their online space, with GPS location added if you ask for it.

Barcode scanner

A manager scans each employee's code, with no fixed device.

Manager entry

For one employee or a group; the entry stays marked as manual.

Excel import

History or records kept outside the platform, loaded in one go.

The working day

What happens to each punch

  • Arrival, departure and time on site, breaks deducted
  • Lateness measured against the working hours or shift planned that day
  • Night shifts assigned to the day they start
  • Public holidays and Ramadan hours taken into account
  • An incomplete day flagged as an anomaly for a manager to resolve

When a missed punch is added by hand it carries a flag; the HR dashboard counts them every month, and the list can be filtered and exported.

Schedules

Plan the hours, then compare with what happened

Fixed hours for the office, rotations for the workshop, duty shifts for a clinic: each employee gets reference hours or a shift per day.

  • Shifts assigned week by week from your catalogue (morning, afternoon, night…)
  • Group entry for a whole department, or a grid loaded from Excel
  • Approved leave replaces the planned shift on those days
  • Employees see their schedule in their own space

Overtime

Extra hours, sorted by rate

Outside agriculture, normal working time is 2,288 hours a year, or 44 hours a week (Article 184). Hours beyond that carry a premium that depends on when they are worked (Article 201):

Overtime premiums in non-agricultural activities (Article 201)
Time bandWorking dayWeekly rest day
Between 6 am and 9 pm+25%+50%
Between 9 pm and 6 am+50%+100%

EASY-RH puts each employee's overtime in the right column and passes it to payroll preparation.

Monitoring

Attendance without chasing it

Morning report

Yesterday's attendance emailed every day to the managers you choose.

Several sites

Every site runs on its own hours, and someone working at two sites in a day sees their time divided between them.

Time clock status

Devices that stop responding are flagged, with the date of their last punch.

Reports and exports

By employee, department or site, over any period, in Excel or PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Will our current time clocks work?

ZKTeco and Hikvision devices generally do. We check your models: suitable ones stay in place and are connected to EASY-RH.

How is lateness calculated?

By comparing the arrival time with the hours planned that day for the employee: their reference hours or their schedule.

What if someone forgets to clock in?

Their day shows as an anomaly. An authorised manager adds the missing punch, which stays marked as entered after an omission.

Is the employee tracked by GPS during the day?

No. The position is read only at the moment of clocking in, and only for employees you have chosen.
