Internal communication

Memos and messages: be sure everyone has read them

A memo pinned on a wall is not always read, and a WhatsApp group keeps no proof. EASY-RH drafts your internal memos and can ask every employee to confirm they have read an important message.

Internal memos

Eight kinds of memo, in French or Arabic

Service memo, reminder, announcement, information note, circular, summons, safety instruction or congratulations: each memo has a subject, a date and a body written in French or in Arabic, right to left when needed. It prints directly, ready to post or hand out.

Read and confirmed

A message every employee must confirm

  1. Publish

An administrator writes the message (subject, type, language, body) and switches it on.

  2. Display

At their next login, every active user sees it open on their home screen.

  3. Confirm

The employee reads and confirms it; it no longer appears for them.

  4. Follow up

The administrator sees how many recipients have confirmed.

Named employees can be excluded from a message: they will never see it. Someone hired after publication receives it too, as long as the message stays active.
