Can we see which worker holds a tool?
Yes: the current assignment shows the employee, the site and the hand-over date.
Does every site need a time clock?
No. Workers can use their phone's browser to clock in, or a supervisor with the right access records the whole crew.
Are fuel costs tracked?
Expenses are entered with their receipt and charged to the employee's cash advance, which can be linked to a travel order.
