Location
Location at the moment of clocking in, no tracking
- The GPS position is attached at the moment of clocking in, never continuously
- It is only requested from employees for whom you have switched it on
- Outside the expected area, the punch still counts: it keeps its position and the manager makes the call
- Sites and their boundaries are drawn on a map, which makes an unusual position easy to spot
Frequently asked questions
Is there an EASY-RH app to download?
An Android app is in development. In the meantime, the EASY-RH space works fully in the phone's browser, with no download.
Does clocking in by phone work on an iPhone?
Yes: the space opens in the browser, whatever the phone.
Is the employee located all the time?
No. Their position is read only when they clock in.
Can phones and time clocks be combined?
Yes. Devices and phones feed the same list of punches, calculated with the same rules.
