On the road
Fuel and tolls are recorded with receipts against the driver's cash advance.
Back at base
Approvers accept the expenses and the driver's balance updates.

Is the driver's route tracked by GPS?
No. The trip is described, approved and justified; there is no route tracking.
Can truck deadlines be tracked?
Yes, with the add-on tracking module: insurance, road tax, inspection and repairs, vehicle by vehicle.
Are trip statistics available?
Yes: approved orders can be read by month, type, kind of expense and requester, with an Excel export.
