EASY-RH is run by the EASY-POINTAGES team: the people who develop the platform, install the time clocks and support companies in Morocco every day.

Who we are

The software and the field, one team

EASY-POINTAGES designs its own platform and extends it module by module: time tracking first, then leave, contracts, training, travel, equipment and internal communication. EASY-RH presents that platform from the people-management angle, for companies looking for HR software.

Building the software and installing the hardware means knowing the whole chain: from the badge at the door to the inputs handed to payroll.

The parent company: pointages.ma. The same house offers EASY-STAFF (logicielpointage.ma), focused on time tracking, and EASY-POS (logicielcaisse.ma) for retailers. The complete list of our addresses is on the official websites page.

How we work

Saying what EASY-RH does, and what it does not do yet

  • EASY-RH prepares payroll; it does not calculate salaries yet (module in development)
  • On a phone, the space works in the browser; the Android app is on its way
  • Location is captured only when someone clocks in; nobody is followed through the day
  • Time clock specs are quoted from the makers' own documentation, nothing added

We would rather show you the software on your real cases than promise what does not exist.
